The 9th Workshop on Hyperspectral Image and Signal Processing: Evolution in Remote Sensing (WHISPERS) will be held in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, in september (sept 23-26).

Note that this year, different formats of contributions can be submitted :
– full paper, as usual, with publication in IEEE Xplore,
– simple abstract submission (inclusion in the conference program, but not posted to IEEE Xplore)
– presentation of an already accepted journal paper (inclusion in the conference program, but not posted to IEEE Xplore)
*** Tutorials ***
The conference will feature some tutorials on the first day (september 23). If you are interested in organizing and presenting a tutorial, please reply to this email and send the following information:
– title of the tutorial
– brief description of the content (half a page)
– name, affiliation, contact information and short transactions style bio of the presenter(s)

If you are interested in organizing and chairing a special session during the conference, please reply to this email and send the following information:
– title of the proposed session
